Jack Blackmore
Founder & CEO
Jack leads Audere's strategic direction and long-term development, working closely with the Governing Board and Executive Committee, the Partner group and boarder Audere team.
He oversees product strategy and the design development of Audere’s analytics platform, while leading the firm’s strategic partnerships and international growth.
He began his professional career in accounting and corporate finance with UHY and Numis Securities.
Rupert Fane
Non Executive Director & Investor
Rupert is an early investor and Board Adviser to Audere, supporting the leadership team on strategy, capital formation and international growth.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in capital markets. Formerly a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, Rupert subsequently co-founded investment bank Hannam & Partners and has advised and raised capital for clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Ian Macfarlane
Non Executive Board Advisor
As a Non-Executive Board Adviser, Ian provides independent perspective on Audere’s strategy, market positioning and long-term growth.
He brings more than 35 years of experience in derivatives markets, including 20 years as a Board Director at JC Rathbone Associates. Earlier in his career, Ian held trading and financial engineering roles at Daiwa Bank Capital Management and ANZ Merchant Bank in London and Australia.
Mathew Hardcastle
Non Executive Board Advisor
Mathew is a Non-Executive Board Adviser to Audere, contributing expertise in private equity, growth strategy and financial-services technology.
He developed his experience through roles at CIL and Inflexion and now leads financial-services solutions at Intapp. His combination of investment, strategic consulting and specialist software experience supports Audere’s continued growth, technology development and operational scale.
